A. 30-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
B. Return Process

with your order number and reason for return. - Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us at info@thecraftedapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
D. Exchanges
We currently allow exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong sizes delivered

E. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
F. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
G. Discount Policy
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
- Refunds cannot be issued for discounts not used during the purchase.
